What Are The Side Effects Of HRT(Harmone Replacement Theraphy)?
Iam 55 years old and is menopausal. I am experiencing most of the symptoms of menopause and have seen an obgyn doctor about 4 different times for the same advice of starting a HRT Regimen but I am deathly afraid of the side effects, warnings and clinical studies. With that said, I know there will be risks associated with ANY method of HRT I decide on. My question is what would you recommend that would be as close to natural/ bio-identical HRT as possible that would offer the least amount of risks? I know also that the less years of treatment for any HRT regimen is safer.

As you are already experiencing the symptoms of menopause so you have to take the hormonal replacement therapy for that otherwise the symptoms may get worse.
You can use the natural HRT / bio identical HRT as well. Soy-based products, which have estrogen-like properties. Herbal supplements, such as black cohosh for hot flashes.
