What Are The Side Effects Of Folizorb And Omnacortil?

My wife is suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis doctor has given a Rx - Folizorb and Omnacortil.
1. Can you please advice us, using these tablets will have any side effects?, if so how to reduce these side effects.
2. And also pl. suggest me the best way of treating for this disease along with diet recommendations.

Your wife is having RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS , prescribed Folizorb ( levomefolic acid 5mg+methylcobalamine1500 mcg+pyridoxal5phosphate0.5 mg+eicosapentanoic acid 90=DHA 60), OMNACORTIL.
Folizorb is a Vitamin supplement ,hence if in excess in body excreted in urine so need not to worry about the side effects of FOILIZORB.
Now about "omnacortil " , this is a prednisolone and prescribed by many doctors for rheumatoid arthritis .
Omnacortil having these side effects:
Osteoporosis , fracture , decrease in bone density , glaucoma , peptic ulceration fluid retention , increase in appetite, hyperglycemia,pancreatitis and so many other .
When patient visit my clinic with rheumatoid arthritis I NEVER ADVISE them to take omnacortil due to its side effects.
In my opinion consult a RHEUMATOLOGIST and get his opinion.
