What Are The Side Effects Of Flomax And Tamsulosin?

I have recently been prescribed Flomax, or tamsulosin at 0.4mg per day. The Dr mentioned that there may be a problem with maintaining an erection during sex, but I have not tried to have sex (it s been about a week on the med). No other side effects, so far. Can you explain the potential problem, and the likelihood that I ll have a problem?

Tamsolusin can cause problems in ejaculation (retrograde ejaculation). It also causes dizziness and drowsiness. these were the common side effects. others are rare.
