What Are The Side Effects Of Cosmelite Cream?

6 months ago I have itching problem and I have use many cream derm category product and also mometasone hydroquinone tretnoin etc .right now I m using mometasone but I have already dark spots yesterday I took advice of a dr he recommended me hexilak gel aaium cepa extract heparin sodium and allantoin gel.is this cream effective for me

Hi!! Cosmelite cream is not recommended for itching on the face. It can lead to various side effects like thinning of the skin, redness, pimples, sensitivity to sun if used for long periods of time. Mometasone is also strong steroid which can be used on the face but only for short duration. You can go for mild steroids like eumosone for itching on the face. Hexilak gel prescribed to you is indicated for treatment of keloids and hypertrophic scars and not for dark spots. You should use high spf sunscreen at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day and Kojivit plus cream at night on the dark spots.
