Hello Your brother is addicted to codeine ( in the corex with chlorampheniramine ), since three years . Now first of all take your brother into confidence and at once admit him in a hospital under the guidance of psychiatrist . Usually withdrawal syndrome symptoms are :nausea, vomiting , constipation , drowsiness , confusion , difficulty in micturition , ureteric or biliary spasms, urinary retention , facial flushing , headache vertigo, , muscle rigidity . So he is taking it since three years and that too 3-4 bottles ( 100 ml in each bottle ), so I recommend you consult a psychiatrist and get his help. Good luck.
