What Are The Side Effects Of Alfoo?

I am a 60 year old male with BPH. Currently experiencing frequent urination, constant urge but weak flow everytime. The urologist has prescribed Alfoo 10 mg for the next 30 days and after that TURP. Will Alfoo cure my problem and is surgery avoidable? What are the side effects of Alfoo -- I am worried as I am travelling abroad for over 3 weeks.

Alfoo may cause Nausea, headache, fatigue and may be respiratory tract infection as side effects.

Alfoo only relaxes the muscles of prostate to allow free flow of urine. It's not permanent cure. Heartbeat, liver, kidney function has to be monitored on long use of Alfoo.

TURP is resection of enlarged prostate. So it is more beneficial than Alfoo.

Alternatively some Ayurveda drugs are also used to cure BPH without side effects but these are very slow acting being natural and not synthetic.
