What Are The Side Effects In A Child After Taking Ibuprofen?

i put my 800 mg ibuprofen pill on the sink and I was washing up and talking to my husband at the same time I can t remember if I seen my 3 yr old come in the bathroom where I was but the pill is missing don t know what happen to it I looked everywhere so I m trying to see what are the side effects just in case my son may have took the pill I doubt but just wondering if I should notice something

Look out for symptoms of gastritis like stomach pain, nausea, burning in the tummy/chest.
