What Are The Side Effects For Continuous Usage Of Telephone?

I would feel obliged if you answer my following query....
Q: Being into real estate company i have to attend almost 70 - 80 calls per day. Average size per call is 3 minutes approximately.. I wanted to know what are the side effects of talking that much on phone. Also i can not avoid it, and i feel i have started feeling pain in my ears. Please tell me the other bad effects of the same and how to cope up with the same. Thank You Doc..!!
Age - 26 Years, Height - 5.6, Weight - 64.5 Kgs, Medical history - Normal..

If needed, you can get your ear examined by an otorhinolaryngologist. Other side effects of overuse of phone are a headache, memory disturbance, lack of sleep etc. Brain cancer due to overuse of phone is not yet proved.
