Sir i am 21years old and having habit of penis shaking 2 to 3 times in day can it directly affects on my body growth (including weight & muscle size,bones)? and now at this time my body is to weak and i decided to join jym can my habbit make any problem at that time?

thanks for using health care magic.
Medical literature does not point out any specific complications
of masturbation per se.
However, during masturbation it is possible to sustained traumatic
lesions of the urethra or develop urethritis.

It is also thought that masturbation may lead to severe addiction.
This can lead to frequent stay in bed rooms, frequent touching of
genitals consciously or unconsciously and even in public areas
and reduce sexual response to opposite sex which may rather bring
in psychological problems in your married life manifesting as poor
satisfaction in you or your partner.

A good way of cutting this would be by getting a partner or getting
yourself busy and avoiding pornographic and or romantic films, novels
and scene.

Eat well and enough to replenish your energy lost. Doing gym without
proper replacing energy lost will not help you much.
