Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
Hemoglobin level is extremely important during pregnancy. Your hemoglobin level is quite low considering the fact that you are in 7th month of your pregnancy. Usually when iron injections doesn't work , then blood transfusion stays the last option to raise hemoglobin level.
Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health.
