Hello, I had a one night stand on Saturday night and didn t use protection. I have noticed a few small dark spots on the underside of my penis there is no discomfort or itch but im worried I could have got something! She say that she has only had 2 sexually partners in the last 4 months and has been checked not long after starting a relationship with first person and trusts him, but im still worried! Could this be burst capillaries or something else?

I would recommend a complete STD panel to be conducted, but with a physical examination a more clesr picture should and can be established. Please visit s doctor for the same, as infections are a possibility.
