What Are The Repercussions Of Overdosing On Tylenol?

I severely overdosed on Tylenol pm in January of this year and I just started having pain in my liver and gallbladder and my stomach burns the pain is severe and when I eat I have pain on my right side under my ribs and in the middle between my ribs it hurts to move and I don t know what to do because I can t take Tylenol or Benadryl I m also running fevers. My overdose was so bad that my liver and kidneys started shutting down I was in icu for 2 weeks and in a regular hospital room for a month. I also have gastritis the re acurs

Sorry to know about your present situation which is unfortunately due to Tylenol induced liver problem.
When taken in larger doses, Tylenol can cause severe liver damage resulting in right upper abdominal pain, vomiting, jaundice, passing high colored urine, etc.
This toxicity can be reversed by taking specific antidote like N Acetylcysteine or Methionine along with supportive management of toxicity.
