Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be lichen urticatus or papular urticaria. It may be due to insect hypersensitivity. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. A course of oral steroid in tapering dose, antihstaminics and local steroid with antibiotic cream would reduce the lesions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
