What Are The Red Rashes On My Groin Area?

I most of the time get red rashes on groin area and after applying some ointment disaapear but few days I get the same and irritation is horrible. I on Dr. advice had applied Propy zole and it help for qyite few months but now I am getting same troube. Please advice.

Rash in groin area occurs most commonly due to fungal infection. This happens due to wearing of tight inner wear, continuous sweating in that area and rubbing of the cloths .
Apply terbest ointment twice daily.
Try to avoid tight innrwears, skin feat pants.
Keep groin area clean.
