What Are The Reasons Of Tiredness, Acidity And Nausea?

Hi , I'm feeling extremely tired, have an increased amount of gas, and nauseous from most of the day until about 6pm or 7pm. I am a 41 year old female and my tubes were tied almost 13 years ago so I'm ruling out pregnancy could it be something else?

Hi,

Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic!

The symptoms you have mentioned are non specific.

I suggest you to eat diet rich in fiber, which consists of more fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals like oats etc and avoid oily foods, fried foods, junk food etc.

Also, suggest you see gastroenterologist as there is need for investigations like CBP, endoscopy, Ultrasound etc to know the exact cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have have any clarifications.
