Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the arthritis, may be rheumatoid arthritis. The other cause may be the boil in the elbow area.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. Ofloxacin, acyclofenac and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
