Hi welcome to healthcaremagic

The bleeding from nose is called as epixtasis... The common cause is Vit C deficiency, other cause is bleeding disorders like haemophilia A, Christmas disease, ITP, routine blood check up is need to find the cause... also the patient need to be clinically examined to find any local pathology... consult a ENT specialist... Hope I have answered your question...

Takecare..
