OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Your description of the symptoms suggests the possibility of hormone imbalance and a breakthrough bleeding. Please see a specialist immediately and get a proper clinical exam. A sonogram of the pelvis, if possible through the trans-vaginal method, will help to know the endometrial status and also if there are any cysts, fibroids etc. A hormone profile, blood counts and urinalysis are also needed. Further management can be planned accordingly. Please maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet. Take care.
