What Are The Reasons For Itchy Bumps Around Anus, Swollen Buttocks And Tissue Peel?

I have itchy bumps around anus radiating into vaginal area and up to belly. Buttocks are swollen and weep a brown fluid that burns. Tissue in area peels and gets raw. Benadryl helps. I also have rashes on elbows knees, feet, hands. Have been to dermatologist numerous times, have had three biopsies that show only allergy fluid.

I rally appreciate your concern, this could be skin infection (Bacterial ) is likely, poor skin hygienic condition may be the reason, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day
2) Povidone cream for local application
keep the skin very much clean have a bath twice in day drink more water, hope this information helps you, have good day.
