What Are The Reasons For Having Lichen Planus?
Hi I have Lichen Planus and have dark balck spots on leg, hips and back. Iam taking medicines but the spots are not lightening. Can you pls tell me in how many months approx will these mark fade away, If i continue to take the medicines prescribed and will it re-occur or new spots can develop even if i take medicines. What are the reasons for having lichen planus

Lichen planus is not a curable condition.
However, when it affects the skin it usually clears within several years.
Although it is unusual for the rash to last longer than 18 months, some patients find it can last up to two years.
