Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding feeling of lump in throat and irritation in throat and heaviness on chest.

Your clinical history favors about pharyngitis with GERD (gastro esophageal reflex disease ). and for this you are advice to take-

1- Tab Rabeprazole with domperidone.

2- Warm saline gargling.

3- Decongestant.

4- Antibiotics (preferably broad spectrum).

Most likely above treatment will help you but if even after this treatment you feel problem than thorough examination of throat by your ENT doctor will become necessary to rule out any local pathology in throat.

Regards.
