What Are The Reasons For Getting Constant Pain In Neck, Arms, Hands And Tiredness?

hi for a few weeks iv been getting contant pains in my neck arms hands and often in my legs .these pains are getting me down and keep me awake am a 49 years old female. also I often feel cold and sometimes feel faint and am always really tired and have no enegy.

Tiredness , generalized pain , cold intolerance , tingling can be due to hypothyroidism.
If you are overweight , have menstrual irregularities too , get you thyroid profile done.
Also get your Hemogram to rule out anemia.
Review with reports.
