What are the reasons and solutions for no facial hair in a 22 year old ?

i m 22yrs old but still i dont have beard and moustoche can you help me please reply

at the age of 22 ,u should have start hair growth ,but it did not,
so u might have delay growth or alter growth
u need to hormonal evaluation to find out exact reason
it may be heredity
so any of ur family member has similar condition then it is difficult to treat
but if is dur to other cause than timely treatment is very effective,
so better to consult endocrinologist .

I will advice you to undergo a blood test for Serum Testosterone Levels.
If its low, you can consider taking testosterone injections once a month and your problem will solved.

Since you are 22, it may happen that you will develop facial hairs coming years.
