What Are The Reason And Remedy For Mucus In The Stool ?

I was dry fasting and came off it and was really constipated and took some stool softeners and suppositories and now my poop is covered in mucus and I havent been able to pass one without a suppository my pee is clear and I have side back pain and I started drinking coffee but my pee is still clear heart kinda hurts too
