What Are The Options To Reduce Weight Quickly?

Hi!
Greetings!!
I'm 25 years old and put on weight 90kg which is more then excess as per my age and also so much fat, in office most of sitting work is there and I didn't get time to go for walk or any other option for exercise due to busy schedule. So I'm very upset because of my weight Pls let me know the suitable and easy option to reduce fat asap..

Hello dear,

First of all, please do not make hurry in losing weight.
The human body functions according to its metabolic rate & any measure taken to hasten it can cause severe side effects.

For effective weight control, equal importance should be given to both diet & exercise.
So, a low calorie low fat diet and regular exercise should be followed such as:

1. Avoid eating white breads, rice and pasta. They have high calories and increases the blood sugar level.
2. It is better to have complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat bread, oatmeal and brown rice.
3. Consume low fat versions of milk and cheese and avoid oily foods.
4. Have a diet rich in low calorie protein foods such as egg whites, skinless chicken, fish, etc.
5. It is better to avoid soft drinks and fruit juices which are rich in calories.
Instead, drink large amount of water (about 6 to 8 glasses) throughout the day.
6. Dietary fiber such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and nuts can also be included in the diet.

If you still find any difficulty, kindly get certain investigations like estimation of blood pressure & blood sugar levels, Thyroid profile & Lipid profile to rule out any pathological cause.

First of all You have to be examined for any other abnormalities other than over weight, and your weight reduction plan is set accordingly.You have to avoid junk foods(like sweets,high calorie high fat foods etc) You have to reduce total calorie intake in a day and you have to start exercising (walking,skipping,swimming,cycling etc) So try this life style modification for three months first.Next there are other methods like drugs and also surgery as a last resort.
So I advise you to consult a dietician regarding what you have to eat and plan an exercise programme
