Hi Doctor: My Semen Analysis Report Liquifaction time : 30 Mnt PH: 8 Volume(mL) : 2 Viscosity : Normal Preparation: Swim-Up Preparation Volume (mL): 2 Color : White Final Volume (mL): 0.5 Sperm concentration (10^6/mL) = Before Prep:62 After Prep:32 Total Number (10^6) = Before Prep:124 After Prep:16 Concentration Progressively Motile (10^6/mL) = 28 (Before Prep) & 32 (After Prep) -Rapid Progression (a)% = 20% (Beforre Prep) & 70% (After Prep) - Slow Profression (b)% = 25% (Before Prep) & 30% (After Prep) -Non-Progressive motility (c)% = 15% (Before Prep) & 0% (After Prep) -Immotile (d)% = 40% (Before Prep) & 0% (After Prep) Total Progressively Motile(10^6) = 56% (Before Prep) & 16% (After Prep) Progressively Motile(%) = 45% (Before Prep) & 100% (After Prep) Morphology (normal forms, %) = 28% (Before Prep) & NA (After Prep) Morphology (abnormal, %) = 72% (Before Prep) & NA (After Prep) - Head defects (%) = 32% (Before Prep) & NA (After Prep) -Neck and mid-piece defects (%) = 20% (Before Prep) & NA (After Prep) -Tail defects(%) = 10% (Before Prep) & NA (After Prep) -Cytoplasmic Droplets(%) = 10% (Before Prep) & NA (After Prep) Please Doctor let me know is this report normal, good or need some improvement; Regards Syed

instead of swim up preparation, use density gradient or double density gradient method that will improve your sperm concentration more than swim up method.
