Dear Doctor Hi, i want to ask a question..my question is 1 day back i went to a prostitute and i had safe vaginal sex using the condom. After intercourse i did,nt put off the condom n put on my pants but about 10 seconds later i again put off the pants and put off the condom from penis and again put on the same pants. My question is that is it posible that vaginal fluid from the condom that touched my pants and by wearing that same pants again,is there any chance that vaginal fluid in this case from pants can cause HIV by touching my urethra..please answer i m woried..thanks in anticipation.. Hi. There is almost nil chance of hiv in your case. Hiv is spread by sexual contact, blood to blood contact or from maternal to child. you go for safe sex still if accidentally by chancd yu may have contact without knowledge thdn there is a chance. But if you are worried then for confirmation you should go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure. You can go with p24 antigen or pcr. thanks for using health care magic.
