What Are The Medicines Required To Regulate BP?

I m a 43 year old male. I take medication for high BP. Been taking it for about 3 years. Recently, I ve had some issues with getting and keeping an erection. I ve NEVER had that issue before. Is there anything I can do to help this? I exercise regularly and eat fairly good. Also, is there a natural supplement that will help and not interfere with my BP?

Hi welcome to HCM
Erection in your case may not be related to your blood pressure..but blood pressure should be monitored regularly.Drugs like betablockers, diuretics and sildenafil will help in your case. Also get investigations like ECG,2 D ECHO,Lipid profile, blood sugars as a part of routine checkup...Exercise regularly.take 3-4 litres of water.Eat high fibre low fat diet..take fruits, oats and vegetable salads.consult your cardiologist for expert management.thankyou
