I would keep a possibility of Dyshidrotic aczema/pompholyx.
It presents as itchy fluid filled vesicles along the sides of the fingers and toes. It can be a result of allergy to metals like nickel which is commonly present in ornaments.
If I was your treating doctor I would have advised you to apply a potent topica steroid+ antibiotic combination cream twice daily for 2 weeks.
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine once or twice daily can be taken for the itch.
