you mean a girl have Menstruation,
at the age of 12- 13 years a girl gets menstrual period.
at the onset of period or during this time she becomes emotionally disturbed,some times gets pain in abdomen,getting depressed,
then she gets blood flow,you give reassurance and tell about what is going on.
