What Are The Indications For Ceruvin And Strovasfor?

i'm 65 female ht 4 ft 5 inch wt 104 i'm taking ceruvin and strovasfor the past 9 years what is this drug for and what r its side effects i'm taking sartal h 80 once a day for the past 6 months and im thyroid patient for the past 15 yrs am taking altroxin 100mg once a day

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient you are taking sartal h 80, which is a combination if two anthypertensive drugs used for high blood pressure. Storvsa is a drug usually used for high cholesterol levels and is also give to prevent development of atheromatous plaques. ceruvin is an anti platelet drug used to prevent formation of clots, usually given in patients with high blood pressure and heart disease to prevent clot formation and adherent complications like heart attack and stroke. Storvas is a well tolerated drug, usual side effects are - constipation, flatulence, dyspepsia, and abdominal pain and diarrhea, these are usually transient. It can alter liver functions and enzymes and can cause hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis and liver failure. It can cause myopathy and kidney damage. It can cause anamia and fall in blood levels of other blood cells. Also can cause headache, dizziness, fatigue and neuropathy. It can reduce sperm count, enlargement of breasts and thyroid dysfunction. It can cause blood in urine, psychiatric manifestations and allergic reactions. also can cause rash ,chest pain, pedel edema,bronchitis, rinitis, and lots of other minor and rare side effects. Ceruvin can cause a fall in blood counts, bleeding, rash,,gastritis, gastric pain, diarrhea, respiratory infection, rhinitis, cough, chest pain edema. Regards
