i like sex and watching blue movies alot and whenever i see a movie that can be everyday i really like to masturbate and i do it

i want to know if it is good for health or not because i have a backache and i think masturbating caused it.

masturbation per se does not have much ill effects on body, most of the time you think about your physical problem are caused by this , its a myth.
there is no frequency limit for masturbation. Watching too much porn is problematic so you can reduce the your screen time you are spending as of now. hope it will help you.
