What Are The Hard Clusters On My Nipple Since Puberty?
I am 18 years old and since I ve started puberty (around 5th grade) I ve had this brown crusty stuff inside my nipple. I ve tried picking it out but it hurts, like it s attached to the nerves. When my nipples get hard they also stick out. Any idea? Suggestions?
