What Are The Findings Of The Trans Vaginal Ultrasound?

Good morning Dr. I have undergone a Transvaginal Ultrasound last Aug 28, 2013. The results were: Retroverted average sized uterus with Homogenous Myometrium; Trilaminar Endometrium; Normal Ovaries; (+) Fluid in the Cul-De-Sac. Grateful for your advised.

Thanks for writing in.

The uterus is slightly bent backwards (normal variation).
The appearance of uterus and ovaries are normal.
Little fluid is present behind the uterus. This can be normal (after ovulation) or abnormal in infections.
