L4-l5:disc dessication.diffuse annular bulge with thecal sac indentationr and bilateral foraminal narrowing.
L5-s1:disc dessication.diffuse annular significant thecal sac or neural foraminal indentation.
L1-l2 17.0mm.
L2-l3 16.6mm.
L3-l4 15.3mm.
L4-l5 09.9mm.
L5-s1 13.8mm.
Impression:l4-l5:disc dessication
Diffuse annular bulge with thecal sac indentation and bilateral foraminal narrowing.
