Hi. Welcome to Heart and hypertension community health forum. Heart functions are affected by physical exercise. All physical exercise causes rise in heart rate and cardiac output which can prove to be harmful in a severely disabled and failing heart. The present heart condition decide if you are fit to continue with physical exercise. Since none other than your cardiologist knows better about your heart, I would suggest you to speak and discuss with your cardiologist. Avoid strenous physical exercises. Walking and thread mill may be a better alternative..
