What Are The Episodes Of Extreme Lethargy During Play?

I am 39 years Old,Yesturday I was playing soccur with my friends, within 5-10 min I start to feel so tired.then I sit for a while,I feel dizziness with heavy sweating.after 10 min.I feel ok,then I start play again...but it repeated same again for me....why...?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to history given here I could say that your symptom of tiredness could be due to the hypoglycemia and this need to be ruled out, for the safe side it is advisable to rule out the cardiac problem, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
