What Are The Effects Of Taking Altenolol, Chappra, Hydrocodone, Clonazapam Together?

I was just diagnosed with diabetes type 2 yesterday at the ER. I am also under the care of Neurologist for seizures. I have degenerative disk disease and herniated disks. I take medication for high blood pressure and for panic attacks. I have been trying so hard for the past 2 years to get off as many perscriptions as possible. I want to be a productive adult again and the meds have prevented me from doing that and the conditions have most certainly kept me from doing the simplest tasks and functioning on an acceptable level. I take Altenolol (100 mg) p/d, Chappra (1000 mg ) p/d, Hydrocodone (10 mg) up to 4x p/d, Clonazapam (1 mg) up to 3x p/d, Tizanidine (4 mg) I m supposed to take that every 8 hours but never take more than one a day at bedtime, I also take Benadryl at night to help with the constant Austin Allergies. I am wanting to know the TRUTH about these drugs taken together and these drugs listed above taken with Metformin HCL (500 mg) 2x p/d. Please just shoot it straight with me.

Ok, the list isn't that bad. 40 mg a day hydrocodone is a reasonably average dose as are the rest. There is an interaction between drugs that sedate (clonoazepam and narcotics) that can be a problem and if someone is having trouble being a productive member of society that interaction would be about the only one to draw attention.
Clonazapam has to be lowered gradually due to the risk of seizures. One could cut ONE of the pills in half per week and that would be quite safe. Also, one would want to substitute a safer drug for anxiety such as an SSRI.
It's just unfortunate that each of 4 drugs, all at very usual levels (atenolol and any muscle relaxer also) ALL have sedation that adds up. Most people could probably tolerate them but a lot would have sedation.
