Hi,

Bleeding will occur 2-3 days after the medication has been stopped. Treatment should begin between the first and fifth day of the cycle with one tablet Primolut N twice daily, increasing to two tablets twice daily in the event of spotting. If the bleeding ceases, the dose reduction to the initial dose should be considered.

It may not be used to postpone the regular cycle of periods and it is not good for health.

It is used for dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometrial cancer, amenorrhoea, contraception, premenstrual syndrome, breast cancer etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
