What Are The Effects Of Statin Drugs?

My CK level remains in the 1000 range. My CK MB test result was 27.4. My Cobalamines was 1010 and Vit. D was low. I have been tested for almost everything related to muscle diseases except biopsy has not been done. I have not taken statin drugs for several months. I suffer from perf. neuropathy and lower back stenosis. Could the elevated test results indicate some type underlying cancer or disease? My Neurologist is at a loss and is referring me to a medical school for evaluation. Just wondering?
