What Are The Effects Of Excessive Salt Intake?
I get extreme cravings for salt every few days. Yesterday was one of them. I had 6-8 glasses of salt water, salted spaghetti, etc. When I am having it, it is hard to control. Once I start drinking a glass of salt water, I don t stop until its gone. Today I have a headache and my face is swollen. I have had blood work that showed my my levels of sodium in my blood were o.k., but my urine showed a large amount of sodium. I am exhausted and always feel stressed. Any ideas?

it is quite normal when you consume a lot of salted stuff like the manner in which you have done,
it can be quite hazardous,
do restrict salt intake for a few days,
do keep a check on you,
it may damage your kidney function,
keep away from such ideas...
