What Are The Effects Of Epidurals?

Hi my name is Shaun I want to enquire about the effects of epidurals. I am a 53 yr old male and have suffered slighty with ed for some time but it was always hit n miss. However 2 yrs ago I had a total knee replacement on the fast recovery method, since then my problems have got worse & worse. 8 weeks ago I had to have the joint removed due to an infection which was also done using an epi, since then i have managed 1 incomplete erection which lasted about 2 mins, I am obviously going back under the knife soon to have another joint put in & am worried that if i have another epi the damage could be permanant. I ve been on viagra & ciallis niether of which work. Any advice or help will be gratefully recieved. Thankyou Shaun

Hey thanks for your faith in the health care magic.i have gone through your question and understood your problem.
firstly clear from your mind that this is not related to epidural as epidural space doesn't have any nerve to damage.epidural is safe type of anaesthesia in expert hands for joint replacement.it doesn't have any relation with incomplete erection.
