Hi, I am Dr Suresh K Yadav MD (paediatrics), I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, Clonidine is an anti hypertensive drug and may cause dangerous hypotension . You need to rush to emergency for stomach wash if less than 1 hour has elapsed , other wise also she needs observation for at least 6-8 hours in a hospital setting for any immediate action to be taken urgently , if 6-8 hours has passed and there are no sign and symptoms in baby you can be on more safer side .
