ac gym is very comfortable and advised provided if the ac is maintained at the optimum levels. in the non ac body heat will build up if no sufficient air circulation is there and will reduce the efficacy of the working capacity.

i think you should concentrate on the exercise rather than whether the gym is Ac or non Ac.

In is better to gym in an A/c because you will not feel tiredness and will work out more and burn more fat.

I prefer non AC gym than AC gym. i dont know the reason for it. we work in AC only, but in gym we prefer the non Ac one.

I consulted a Dermatologist who suggested I use Retino AC for my acne. He had earlier prescribed Benzoyl Peroxide and a Clindamycin Phosphate gel but they had stopped affecting me, so he gave me a new cream. I have been applying Retino AC for a week now before I go to bed. I noticed that wherever I applied the cream, I could see some sheen there, like it was demarcating the gel applied area from the no gel area (better illustration- it looks like I still have the gel on after I wash my face). I am kind of worried as I even used a scrub in hopes of getting it off. What am I doing wrong?
