What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi My name is Rajiv, we just came to know last Saturday that my wife is pregnant. But she had some pain in her belly. She told that it was same as she experienced before periods. She doesn t have normal periods. Now last night all of a sudden she bleeded a bit :(. Now today in morning we went to a doctor, And she took an ultra sound & told us that My wife is pregnant but baby isn t growing. What i know that about 10 days ago we tested her urine with pregnancy strip & last wednesday same doctor took urine test & both tests resulted in negative. Now on saturday her urine test showed Positive result. Please guide me

Rajiv in your case it seems to be a case of lack of progesterone support.and now if pregnancy test again coming positive then for confirmation get beta hcg done now and after one week and repeat USG after one week .may be that help to get the dianosis.till then get a beta hcg injection and progesterone tablets satrted.
