Hello on june 25 i had an encounter with a woman with a unknown sex history basically one night stand. I did use protection with two different condoms since the encounter i be experiencing swollen nodes throughout my body. Dont have a fever nor i was i sick swollen on my chest behind my head on my knee and behind my left shoulder. Some of nodes are painless and i tested negative at 4 weeks with a 3 generation test and took regular antibody test at 5 weeks all negative. I m taking a 6 week test tomorrow and i would like to know is this hiv related, do i have to take a 3 month and should i be worried.

Yes , you have to go for a 90 days test after last unprotected exposure even if the tests at 4 weeks is negative , though there is every likelihood to come this test yours as a negative one Lymph nodes all over body needs to be evaluated in person . Visit your family physician for this.
