I am 29 years old male, I don t have any medical or family history of diabetes but last week my blood reports showed that i am diabetes. I am not overweight . I have heaps of questions in mind, could you please answer them for me? is diabetes a killing disease?what is the life span of a diabetic?what is diet plan for diabetic?can diabetes impact on one s work ability?can a diabetic have unprotected sex with partner? can a diabetic drink alcohol? I am being very stressed these days which is leading to hypertension sometimes so please answer my questions so that I could clear my internal conflicts.

Do regular exercise. Have regular checkup with your physician with blood sugar monitoring.You can have an unprotected sex. Avoid alcohol. Dont overstrain yourself which can itself increase your sugar values. Cosult your physician.
