hello dear, Panparag or any gutkha ia harmful, as it causes oral cancers.If we know that something is a poison, must never try to taste it, does not sound wise.Kindly taper ur consumption and gradually, come out of this bad habit, instead u can try some chewing gums containing mint.

Hi. I fail to understand why have you posted this question. If you are aware that it causes harm then why did you start using it. Anyways please be aware that it is one of the leading causes of oral and stomach cancers. You should see a patient of oral cancer to be able to understand the magnitude of damage it can cause. Please type oral cancer images in google and have a look.
