Bleeding does occur when the hymen is broken, but it may not be visible outside always.
You should consider hymenoplasty, which is the surgical reconstruction of the hymen.

PIMPLES...called Acne Vulgaris..,
it is due to hyperactivity of hormones...
So teenagers have this problem commonly..,
1) Frequent washes with Acnil soap..,
2) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg daily for 28 days..,
3) Topically apply Clindamycin 1% Or Erythromycin 2%
2 times daily for 2 months..,
4) Tab Isotretinoin 10 mg alternative days for 20 days..,
