What Are The Common Discomforts Of Pregnancy?

in my early 6 months pregnency I am effected by loose motion,headache,insonmia due to heavy pressure of urine.my hunger is also increase & my age is 31 & weight is 64 kg & it is my ist pregnency.please give me diet chart that can help to avoid this problem.thanks.

hi,if you have urine pressure all the time firstly you must get a urine routine microscopy test done.as far as diet is concerned you don't need a strict diet chart but few points to remember 1 drink plenty of water 8 to 10 glasses a day 2 eat lots of green veg 3 eat jaggery and peanut which are very rich sources of iron 4 take min 2 glasses of milk with a protein powder to meet the additional protein requirements of pregnancy 5 incorporate pulses,rajma,besan,chicken and fish in your diet 6 fruits like apple and pomengranate should be taken. 7u just need extra 500 kcal from your normal diet so you do not have to over eat.8 take your iron calcium and multivitamin supplements regularly.take care and all the best.
